I was reading a section in Febuary's issue of Cleo magazine... It's a 'Body & Soul' page... Muzak Magic...

1. Music opens up your heart. No, really
Researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine discovered that like laughter, joyful music causes tissues in your blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood flow to your heart and improving cardiovascular health. While test subjects reported that country music was the most joyful to them, doctors say it all depends on individual preferences.

2. Music lowers your blood pressure
To avoid blood-boiling situations, listen to classical, Celtic or Indian raga music. An American Society of Hypertension study found that those suffering from mild hypertension had significant decrease in blood pressure after listening for 30 minutes daily for a month.

3.Music doesn't leave you breathless
Maroon 5 may have sung about being "Harder to Breathe", but your breathing actually deepens when you listen to relaxing music. More oxygen and serotonin, a hormone that stabilises your mood, are transported throughout the body.

Points :
1. I have alot of sad songs in my playlist and maybe no happy music... Recommend me please... >.<
2. I do have classical music.. I should try... ^^
3. I'll definitely try to listen to more classical music... =D

Hm... I was on my way to town today and was with my brother.. So we saw this Navy advertisement and we had a funny thought... I'll share when I can find a photo of this banner.. =)
